Fair assessments. Lower property taxes. Fewer headaches.
We represent owners of commercial, industrial, and business personal property before county assessors and appeal boards across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Alabama.
What we do
A full-service firm. We handle the analysis, the paperwork, the hearings, and the follow-through, and you get a clear report at the end.
Real Estate Appeals
Record-card audits, cost, market, and income analyses, equity comparisons, and representation at every level of appeal.
Personal Property Renditions
Accurate, on-time renditions that value each asset the way state law allows, not the way the assessor's default table does.
Portfolio Management
Tax estimates for budgeting, bill audits, payment tracking, and savings reporting for multi-property owners.
Client Portal
Secure online access to your properties, values, appeal status, and tax reports, any time, from any device.
How an appeal works
Most of our clients never attend a hearing. Here is what happens behind the scenes.
Review
We pull the assessor's records, check for errors, and compare your assessment against comparable properties.
Value
We build a supportable opinion of value using the cost, sales, and income approaches as the property warrants.
Appeal
Informal discussion with the assessor first, then a written protest and hearing before the county board if needed.
Report
You receive a final savings report and, if you choose, ongoing monitoring so next year's notice gets the same scrutiny.
Who we work with
Banks and lenders, hotel and multifamily owners, retailers, manufacturers, medical and office owners, and anyone whose business carries a meaningful property tax bill. Many clients have been with us for well over a decade.
Our fee structure is simple and is usually tied to the savings we achieve, so our interests are aligned with yours.
